Contact our team to confirm the terms that apply to your equipment and project agreement.<\/p>\n<h2>Warranty periods<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Freight lifts:<\/strong> 12\u201336 months from the equipment inspection date, according to the agreed warranty term.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fire-resistant lift landing doors:<\/strong> 24 months from the date the fire-safety certificate is issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For other lift products or components, please ask our team for the applicable warranty terms.<\/p>\n<h2>Maintenance during and after warranty<\/h2>\n<p>Free maintenance is provided during the warranty period. For freight lifts, the usual maintenance interval is once a month; equipment used infrequently may be maintained every two months, according to the agreed schedule.<\/p>\n<p>After the warranty period, a maintenance agreement is signed with the supplier and the service terms and costs are agreed for the equipment concerned.<\/p>\n<h2>Inspection support and enquiries<\/h2>\n<p>Tan Long can help customers contact an equipment inspection provider. Our hotline receives enquiries 24 hours a day, including outside normal business hours.
