Freight elevator

Planning a freight elevator or cargo lift starts with the goods and the building. Share the complete load, overall dimensions, loading method, number of stops and available drawings so Tan Long can discuss the requirements for your project.

Start with a complete load

Describe the largest load expected in normal use. Include the goods and any pallet, trolley or other carrier that will enter the cabin. Share the overall dimensions after packing, the weight and how the load will be positioned.

Tell us how goods approach the entrance and how they leave at the destination. A pallet delivered to the door and a vehicle entering the cabin are different requirements. If people, a powered vehicle, a conveyor or rollers need to travel with or connect to the lift, describe that requirement separately for the technical review.

Prepare the building information

  • Project location, building use and whether the building is new or existing.
  • Number of stops, floor levels, available shaft drawings and photographs of the access route.
  • Largest load dimensions, total weight, loading method and expected trips during busy periods.
  • Preferred entrance directions and any constraints around the landing doors.
  • Environmental or operational requirements that need a separate assessment.

Cabin dimensions, door openings and the shaft must be reviewed together. Catalogue tables help start that discussion; the project drawings and technical documents establish the arrangement for the individual installation.

Use the project references to prepare your enquiry

The Vietnamese references below cover dimensions, factory workflows and completed projects. The Tiên Trang project page describes a 1,000 kg installation, and the HIUV page describes a 2,000 kg installation. Their published details are project references; they do not establish the configuration for a different building.

Warranty and maintenance

The confirmed freight lift warranty is 12–36 months from the equipment inspection date, according to the agreed warranty term. Maintenance is free during the warranty period. The usual interval is monthly; infrequently used equipment may be maintained every two months according to the agreed schedule.

See our warranty and maintenance information for the confirmed service policies, and discuss the terms for your equipment with our team.
